This Cookie Policy is drafted pursuant to the Italian Data Protection Authority's resolution of 10 June 2021 ([web doc. no. 9677876]) and Article 122 of Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003 (Italian Privacy Code). It complements and forms part of the Site's Privacy Policy.
1. What are cookies
Cookies are small text files that websites send to the user's device (typically the browser), where they are stored and transmitted back to the site on subsequent visits. They serve different purposes: authentication, session monitoring, profiling, statistical analysis and so on.
By purpose, cookies are commonly classified as:
- Technical cookies — required for the Site to function. No consent is required (Art. 122 Italian Privacy Code).
- Analytics cookies — used to collect information on Site usage. If first-party and anonymous, they are treated as technical cookies.
- Profiling cookies — used to build user profiles. They require explicit consent.
2. Cookies used by evoseed.io

The Site does not use profiling cookies, third-party marketing cookies, advertising tracking pixels or social plug-ins.
3. Umami Analytics (self-hosted)
Traffic statistics are collected via Umami Analytics, a privacy-first tool hosted directly on evoseed S.r.l.'s servers (umami.evoseed.it, on Hetzner Online GmbH infrastructure in Germany). Umami uses no cookies, stores no full IP addresses, creates no persistent identifiers or visitor profiles. Data collected is strictly aggregate and anonymous (pages visited, country, browser and device type) and is not transferred to third parties nor outside the European Union. 4. Consent banner
Because the Site uses only technical cookies and anonymous analytics tools treated as technical cookies (Italian Authority resolution, 10 June 2021), a prior consent banner is not required. Should the controller integrate profiling or marketing tools in the future, a compliant banner will be implemented before such tools are activated.
5. Managing or disabling cookies
You can configure your browser to accept, reject or delete cookies at any time. Note that disabling technical cookies may impair Site functionality.
6. Updates
This Cookie Policy may be updated to reflect changes in technology, regulations or providers. The version published on this page is the one currently in force.
