Context
A WISP NOC managing hundreds of MikroTik devices ran on a small team. Average MTTR was 47 minutes per incident. Knowledge was concentrated in 2 people. At night, any incident required manual intervention, escalation and CLI work.
The solution
Approach
ARIA was integrated on top of the existing OptiWize fleet. The RAG knowledge base codified best practices and RouterOS documentation. The team started using plain language for diagnostics and troubleshooting. Night incidents are now resolved autonomously.
